Letter mailed from the Toluca sub-office Villa del Valle to Otumba (sub-office of Mexico City). A very scarce usage. The stamp is a Plate A 25 centavo stamp.
An extreme rarity, a 25 centavo stamp with both a TOLUCA and TLALPUJAHUA overprint used in the Toluca sub-office Oro de Mexico to send the letter to Mexico City. There are only two known examples of this overprint combination on cover and only 6 known at all.
A Plate A 25 centavo franks a cover to Morelia, cancelled with the oval Toluca cancel.
A Plate A 25 centavo franks a cover to Morelia, cancelled with a straight line FRANCO cancel.
